When you complete a form on our website, contact our studio, set up a photography session, and purchase photos, we collect personal information such as your name, address, phone number, and credit card information. Your Photos
Your photos are processed and stored on a secured network. I use photo labs that work exclusively with professional photographers and are committed to client security and privacy.
When I take photos of you and your family, I retain ownership of the original photographs. When you purchase digital images, you also get the right to print and publish those photos. Your photos are absolutely private ~~ unless you give me explicit permission on a per-picture basis to show them to other prospective clients. The print lab I use is exclusive to professional photographers. The company I partner with for large-scale canvases also works only with professional photographers. I offer several discrete packages perfect for storing personal images. If you purchase digital images as part of your package, I deliver them burned to an optical drive and can password protect the image files themselves.
